Agriculture
  • Some of the many types of agriculture include: livestock ranching, shifting cultivation, commercial grain farming, commercial plantations, live stock and grain farming, dairy farming, etc.
  • Deforestation:The removal of trees
  • Irrigation:Using ditches to supply dry land with water.




Human Nutritional Requirements
  •  Pesticides include:insecticides, herbicides, rodenticides, bactericides, fungicides, and larvicides.

Forestry
  • Tree Plantations:Land consisting of at least an acre that is completely covered by trees.
  •  Old Growth Forests:Forests that have ancient trees, hundreds, even thousands of years old.
  • Forest Fires:A fire that becomes out of control in a wooden area.
  • Forest Management:Taking care of a forest in order to make sure it stays healthy for social and economic benefits. 
  • National Forests:A large forest that is completely controlled by the government.
Rangelands
  • Overgrazing:Grazing so much to the point where the vegetation is damaged and the ground may erode.
  •  Desertification:The change of fertile land turning into desert.
  • Federal Rangeland:An area of land ran by the government that livestock are free to live and graze on.

  • World Bank:An international bank which controls the economic distribution among members, and makes loans to the members in times of crisis.
